Building Bridges: Food Security and Heart Health 2000

A three-year project (1999-2000) of the Ontario Public Health Association, funded through Health Canada. Its goal was to enhance collaboration between food security (access to food) and heart health programming, in order to make heart health programming more relevant, accesssible and appropriate for people who are struggling to feed themselves and their families.

 

Partnering in Heart Health '97: Proceedings of the Heart Health Event

A 62-page document produced in collaboration with the Ontario Heart Health Network, provides a summary of the keynote address by Dr. Lawrence Green, roundtable discussions and concurrent sessions.
