Building Bridges: Food Security and Heart Health 2000
A three-year project (1999-2000) of the Ontario Public Health Association, funded through Health Canada. Its goal was to enhance collaboration between food security (access to food) and heart health programming, in order to make heart health programming more relevant, accessible and appropriate for people who are struggling to feed themselves and their families.
